Welcome
Who are the Adventurers?
The Adventurer Club is a Seventh-day Adventist Church-sponsored ministry open to all families of children from ages 4 through 4th grade.
The goal of the Adventurer Club is to strengthen the parent-child relationship and to further the child’s spiritual, physical, mental, and social development. Families are a central part of the Adventurer program. It’s a time when parents and guardians can spend time with and play with their children. A time when they can model to their children their gifts, talents and, most importantly, their love of Jesus. Parents are expected to join their children and participate in classes, outings and all other events. Children cannot go on any trip without one of their parents or guardians. Activities include games, outdoor activities, nature exploration, family camping, field trips, and community service projects. The club also helps children learn good sportsmanship, getting along with others, and discovering their God-given abilities.
The Adventurer Program is designed to support parents and care-givers in the challenging task of helping their children develop fully as followers of Jesus in today’s world. The church’s greatest resource is our children; therefore, it is important that as a church we meet the challenge to provide a program for our children during their early, developing years. All club activities are focused on connecting children and their parents or caregivers to Jesus.
